Community Sector Solutions Private Limited, hereafter referred to as CSS, is a research-focused consulting company. CSS was established on 23 January 2024 in accordance with the Company Act 2006. CSS envisions for sustainable economic prosperity and resilience in Nepali society, founded on a strong commitment to social justice. It is dedicated to strengthening community sector organizations and local governments, thereby supporting socio-economic transformation, resilience and local development
CSS offers professional consulting services to prospective clients, particularly national and international organizations, local governments, and business entities committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR). The major services it offers include research, strategic planning, proposal writing, policy analysis, facilitation of policy dialogues, plan and policy formulation, budget analysis, institutional and management capacity development training, fund management services, survey implementation, data analysis, and project evaluation.

Objectives
The main objectives of the company are:
Objective 1: To promote social justice in Nepali society as a think tank by conducting studies and research on various themes, generating knowledge, and facilitating policy dialogues.
Objective 2: To provide expert services in policy, plan, and budget formulation, as well as project development, for socio-economic transformation, resilience, and local development.
Objective 3: To contribute to good governance by providing expert services for institutional and management capacity development in the community sector, and by offering management services for mobilizing funds, including institutional social responsibility funds, to support economic transformation-oriented programs.
Objective 4: To provide capacity development and consulting services for conducting and managing surveys and data analysis.
Objective 5: To provide expert services for the quality monitoring and evaluation of policies, programmes, and projects by applying scientific and innovative methods, including Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT).
